As a party guest, help the host to clean up.
Write a loved one a letter for no other reason than to say hello.
Lend a beloved book to a friend.
Pick up lunch for you & your busy coworker.
Visit your local museum.
I wish mixed CDs weren’t a thing of the past; but, listening to those.
Bleed your pen dry of ink.
Draw yourself a bath: pour in biblical amounts of bubbles and light some candles.
With your partner, share your dinner vegetables on one plate. Forgo portioning them out.
Compliment and/or thank your grocery cashier every time you check out.
Say “thank you” much more and very often.
Journal about your most impractical hopes & dreams.
Bake for someone.
Regularly donate to a charity that means something to you.
Ask a loved one about their most recent interest(s), and listen.
Ask questions.
Look up more.
Seriously, listen to the song they sent you.
Trust what your instincts are telling you. Honor them.
We probably should smile more.
